GB Meka is an information and educational website. Its operator is not an investment advisor, investment consultant, investment analyst, or securities business licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC Thailand).

All data, figures, signals, scores, “Stocks to watch” and paper-trading bot results are calculated automatically using the same criteria for every stock and published for the general public. They do not take into account any person's objectives, financial situation, or needs, and are therefore not advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

Investing in stocks involves risk. Prices can be volatile and you may lose some or all of the money you invest. Investing in foreign stocks carries additional risks, such as exchange rates and foreign laws and taxes.

Past performance, including backtest results and paper-trading bot results, is not a guarantee of future performance.

You should do your own research and consult a licensed investment advisor before making any investment decision. All investment decisions are solely your own responsibility.

Data comes from third-party sources, such as the US SEC's 13F filings and Yahoo Finance, and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. 13F filings can be disclosed up to about 45 days after the actual trades.

The operator tries to keep the information accurate but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damage, loss, or expense, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or reliance on information on the website, errors in the information, or the website being unavailable.

The operator may hold some of the stocks shown on the website. The operator's holdings are disclosed on the About us page and labeled on each of those stocks' pages. The operator receives no compensation from any listed company, fund, or broker for featuring stocks on the website.

Support (donations) is voluntary. It is not a purchase of a service, grants no special privileges, and is non-refundable.

Membership plans (if offered) are fees for convenience services, such as delivery of data summaries, and are not fees for investment advice. Sign-up, cancellation, and refund terms will be stated at the point of sign-up.

Company names, ticker symbols, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.

The content and design of GB Meka may not be copied for commercial use or scraped automatically in large volumes without permission. Sharing links or quoting with attribution is allowed.

Comments and star ratings on stock pages are the personal views of each author. They are not the operator's views, are not investment advice, and do not affect the system's scores or signals.

Do not post content that solicits trading or manipulates prices, advertising, selling courses/signal groups, links, phone numbers, LINE IDs, other people's personal information, or rude or defamatory content · The operator may hide comments or suspend accounts without prior notice.

The website contains links and components from third parties (e.g. news, TikTok, TradingView). The operator is not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.

The operator may amend these terms as appropriate and will show the date of the latest update at the top. Continuing to use the website after an amendment means you accept the new terms.
